Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is necessary, the client gives 24 hour notice or is charged for half of the appointment. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioners discretion.

Late policy: If client arrives more than 20 minutes after the session’s start time, the session can proceed and will end at the original time. If over 20 minutes late, session will be canceled and charged for half of the appointment.

Refund policy: If an emergency arises forcing a cancellation, at the practitioner’s discretion, refunds may be given.

Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times. 

I respect clients regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health, or personal habits. 

I return emails or calls within 48 hours.

Clients provide a health history and update when necessary. 

Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If the practitioner feels that safety is compromised, the session is ended immediately.
